Better Credit was a new product created to assist customers in building their credit. Our goal was to be a reliable partner, guiding them toward improved credit and a better financial future.
We employed two primary messaging strategies. The first was educational, aimed at helping customers understand how the product works and how to maximize their account benefits. The second was emotional, designed to connect with customers on a personal level by demonstrating how better credit can significantly enhance their lives and overall well-being.
We collaborated with our product team to integrate the ‘Better Credit’ color scheme into the App, enhancing product distinctiveness. We used semantic colors to signify typical value conditions like positive and negative to enhance user experience and clarity.
